How do you use my data?

  • To create an account for you, your employer shares your Name, work email address and job title. Office location and department is shared if applicable. This information is needed to create an account and process anonymized statistics per office and or departments. The data is stored in EU based servers, encrypted and is not shared with any 3rd party.
  • Google or Microsoft Single-Sign-On (SSO) is used to access the app. We will collect data from either Google or Microsoft to enable this login function and to set up your account, this may include information such as your name, email address and avatar (if present). We use this information to set up your account and it is not shared.
  • When you provide us with lifestyle information. You may provide information as part of a questionnaire, designed to assess your overall wellbeing. When you undertake the assessment, as well as any additional information you provide as part of the assessment (including lifestyle information and some health information). The information from such a questionnaire is not shared with anybody, including your employer. It is used to tailor suggesting algorithm to provide personalised suggestions.
  • For any information considered special category data (e.g. your health information), we will process this only where you have provided us with your explicit consent to do so, in order for us to provide the assessment to you. We will only collect the minimum data items necessary to provide our services to you. You can withdraw your consent to this processing at any time, by contacting us at [email protected].

  • When you use our platform. We collect data such as your session length, input data. We use this data to improve AI model capabilities. Input data is not shared with anybody. including your employer. Part of the input data can be used in anonymized analytics.
  • When you enable us to have access to your wearable technology's reporting data via the Terra API, we collect information recorded by wearable devices such as Garmin, Fitbit, Apple, Google, Polar, Eight Sleep, Oura, and others. This data may include health and fitness metrics such as your heart rate, step count, activity levels, and sleep patterns. We rely on your consent to utilize this data.
  • Access to your work calendar is required for the app to function. We use this data to understand your daily activities, help improve your productivity, and assess suitable times for wellbeing activities. Nor calendar data or specific event data is shared with anybody, including your employer. Healthy activities used can be analyzed in an anonymized, company general report.
  • When you contact us either by phone, email, via our 'enquire now' page or via social media, we will usually collect your name and email, because it’s in our legitimate interest to make sure we can properly respond to your query.

Who do you share my data with?

  • Regulators, Authorities, and Enforcement Agencies if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect our, our customers' and others' rights. This includes exchanging your personal data with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection.

Where do you store my data?

We store your data on protected third party servers which are based in the EU (Frankfurt).


Whenever we transfer your personal data outside of the UK and the EU, we ensure it receives additional protection as required by law. To keep this notice as short and easy to understand as possible, we haven’t set out the specific circumstances when each of these protection measures are used. How long do you keep my data for?

We will only retain your personal data for as long as we need it unless we are required to keep it for longer to comply with our legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.


We delete your personal information in case you are no longer engaged in a labor relationship with the account holding company (employer).


In some circumstances we may carefully anonymise your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you, and we may use this anonymised information indefinitely without notifying you. We use this anonymised information to improve the way we work and our services.


Our use of AI and Automated Decision Making

Our platform uses AI-enabled technology. For example, Our platform uses AI-enabled technologies, including machine learning (ML) and large language models (LLMs), to personalise your wellbeing experience. This includes tailoring wellness activity suggestions based on your schedule, feedback, goals, and behavioral patterns. For example, our AI Coach (an emotionally intelligent digital avatar like Mike or Mia) may suggest a walk between meetings if it detects an opportunity based on your calendar and energy levels. These AI-generated suggestions help support healthy habits, productivity, and engagement.

Our AI does not make any decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you without human oversight. You are always in control, and any wellbeing actions or recommendations are entirely optional.

What are my rights under data protection law?

You have various other rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to:

  • access your personal data (also known as a "subject access request")
  • correct incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you
  • ask us to erase the personal data we hold about you
  • ask us to restrict our handling of your personal data
  • ask us to transfer your personal data to a third party
  • object to how we are using your personal data
  • withdraw your consent to us handling your personal data

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with us or the Information Commissioner's Office, the supervisory authority for data protection issues in England and Wales. If you are based in the EU you can find your relevant supervisory authority here.

Please keep in mind that privacy law is complicated, and these rights will not always be available to you all of the time.
